Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Managing content that aligns with the clients strategy, and addresses the needs and interests of our multiple clients. 

  • Collaborate with team members to develop a content strategy that promotes internal and external user engagement.

  • Deliver compelling digital customer experiences, including websites, landing pages, mobile applications and digital platforms using Adobe Experience Manager .

  • Manage the day-to-day content updating requirements for leading website(s).

  • Maintain content documentation – track content delivery deadlines, milestones, and open issues.

  • Effectively monitor and analyse performance of digital channels.

Qualifications:

For this role, we at least expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, digital marketing, business administration or equivalent work experience.

  • Understanding of content management systems and editor capabilities and content structuring and planning.

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload.

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English and Albanian.
